In D100 SPACE
First things first: D100 Space is fantastic and an instant buy for me, after D100 Dungeon proved to be the most engaging solo PNP adventure fantasy RPG. Coming from D100 Dungeon, I felt right at home in D100 Space, even if it took a while to get used to space travel and combat. TL;DR Towing ships while escaping space combat with Evasive manouvres seems a bit... generous to me. Maybe the tow should be lost to the attacker in such cases. -------- After failing a hyperjump while carrying metals and minerals in my starter starship from Impfar to Vinwar, I got a Hyperjump Event and got attacked by a pirate Stealth Fighter MKII, which I eventually boarded successfully. With my 11.000C prize in tow, I (naturally :) ) failed my next Hyperjump as well, after forgetting to generate more power (I was down to 8/25 Power Level after my victorious space battle). The new pirate was a very scary Frigate MKIII, which I had very low chances of defeating with my underpowered starter starship. I chose to perform an Evasive manoeuvre and succeeded in escaping combat. And here is the problem: I cannot imagine towing all the extra mass of a second ship while performing evasive manoeuvres. As such, I house ruled that I should lose my second ship if I escape space combat (I can imagine retaining it if I fight and win, as the captain could cut the towing tractor beam during the battle and recover the ship after victory). My suggestion for future versions of D100 Space is for towed ships to generate some sort of penalty when escaping combat (Lose towed ship to attacker) and even speed, power and fuel penalties when hyperjumping and cruising (as you are dragging a LOT of extra towed mass), with such penalties going towards zero as the difference in ship PL increases (a Dreadnaught should have no issues towing a Shuttle Craft, but the Shuttle Craft should be crawling at minimum speed if dragging a Dreadnaught, Frigate etc.). Otherwise, I think space combat is very engaging, although quite complicated at first. As a side question, are belt checks when being hit in the waist by a monster really gone in D100 Space? I used to stress out over these in D100 Dungeon. Again, great game, Martin. Thank you!

In D100 DUNGEON
Hello, Martin, hello, fellow D100 fans. :) Quick question: after about ten quests in the Goblin and the Goblet D100 Adventurer's Companion quest, I have quite a few objects in my backpack. There is no specific instruction to keep or drop them (a certain unique monster's part, a key found and used during the same quest, a character's journal and spellbook, another character's key etc.) Do I have to keep them indefinitely? Will they all become useful? Thanks Mike Edited: removed spoilers
