So I read that "finding an objective item" result on the TA/TB/TC treasure tables, if your quest is to "loot 3 weapons" or "loot 3 armour", means that you can roll on that appropriate table and this counts as one of the things you need.
For training quest 5, which requires collecting 2 things from table TA, if I roll "objective item" on table TC, does that mean just roll on table TA? And then, if I roll "objective item" on table TA, I presume I just need to roll again on that table until I roll something "real" to keep, and then score an objective tick?

So if I'm fighting a vampire bat (HP 10), I hit it for 11 damage, but it's attack back rolls a "1" for damage dice, which gives it +2 HP. Is it still dead, or now alive?
And if alive, does it have 2 HP or 1 HP remaining?
E.g. if I'd hit it for 12+ damage, would that have made a difference? (e.g. even with a 2 HP gain would it still be "dead", if you calculate that from -2 HP or lower, rather than from 0 HP)

So weird thing, my dungeon just curved around - first three tiles were "turn right" tiles, so now I'm rolling for the tile in front of the dungeon entrance.
Feels like I should just hand wave and change the last tile to a "turn left" tile, but is there an official rule / take on putting a map tile in FRONT of the dungeon?
One more "turn right" tile and I'd be stuck in an infinite circle dungeon! How did I even get in?!

So I'm travelling in a week, and I'm pretty sure my fellow airplane passengers don't want to hear me rapidly chucking my d%, d10 and d6 as I attempt to mow through yet more giant rats.
Naturally my thoughts go to "virtual dice rollers" and then to the official Android app - virtual dice AND table lookups, now I don't need to be swiping around my iPad for the tables either; ideal for a cramped plane seat.
But then, I'm also thinking I want to bust out of "just book 1" - already feeling the pinch of not enough variety - and get some book 2 table content going as well.
Does the Android app cover game content outside of the base game? If not, is there any intention for it to include all the tables at any stage? I'm guessing this might fall into the "mobile dev takes time, and I'm just one man" category, especially since no doubt the iPhone brigade are still wondering when they'll get some love. But would love confirmation of thoughts around this in general.
Would also be something I'd vaguely be keen to contribute too, as a software developer (perhaps not in time for next weeks' trip though...) but as a commercial product, I guess that's not an easy thing to do (unlike, say, fan-made tools). But obviously I'd rather just throw a few bucks in to get the extra content.

So fate dice are listed as being able to:
> Re-roll any die, or dice just rolled, a d6, d10, or either the tens (00-90) or units die (0-9), or a combination of dice used for any roll.
So I took this to mean I can reroll both dice of a d100 roll, rather then just one die.
But how about combat damage, where you roll a d6 and a d10 together for damage and location; can both of THESE dice be rerolled for a single fate point?
Are there any other examples where multiple dice (that aren't just the two dice of a d100 roll) could be rerolled with a single fate point?

So I'm got the PDF of the base book, and loving the engine, but craving more content even before the starter quests are over (doesn't help that it takes 20-30 nests of Giant Rats before I can find a weapon-dropping encounter...)
So what's the best way to pick up the game, if you want to play with a print copy locally, but have PDFs for remote / portable play?
Initially I was thinking I'd just grab the softback + PDF of every book. But there isn't much saving in buying those as a bundle, so to lower the costs a bit, I was wondering if there are any books you'd only want in print? E.g. I notice there is an "all the tables" PDF product available, which appears to have EVERYTHING, which is amazingly useful.
Could I get away with "print only" for a bunch of the books for home play and learning, and then with rules internalised, just have the PDF for remote play? (I'm assuming I'll stick to random quests when playing remote, and do the campaign books when playing at home).
Or are there so many rules spread across the books, that even if intended to learn the game first at home, you'd still want some rules to reference when travelling? I have a feeling this might be the case, but the softback+PDF for every book becomes rather costly.
