So weird thing, my dungeon just curved around - first three tiles were "turn right" tiles, so now I'm rolling for the tile in front of the dungeon entrance. Feels like I should just hand wave and change the last tile to a "turn left" tile, but is there an official rule / take on putting a map tile in FRONT of the dungeon? One more "turn right" tile and I'd be stuck in an infinite circle dungeon! How did I even get in?!

Don't roll for a dungeon tile to place over the entrance tile. You have just found another way to enter the entrance tile from the same direction you went in. A dungeon isn't necessarily built perfectly flat and level. If no other exits exist you can invoke the secret passage rule.
