Question. If I get a bad event that calls out add say -10 Int to the Time Track. The book says any modifiers stay on there, even after the mission ends unless replaced by a different effect.
Does this literally from here on out my Captain will get dumber every time that time slot comes around. Even on other missions in the future?
With no way to cure/reverse this (practically anyway)?
Seems like a death sentence to the Captain for all intents and purposes?

the time track modifier is applied when making tests, and doesn't get applied each time the time track is completed. I hope this helps and good luck traversing space.
