I was really sorry to have to pull the sale of the printed books recently. The issue was with the print on demand file not printing a table. Have no fear, it has now been resolved and the missing table has been restored. Luckily, it has been corrected with few orders being affected. However, if you have been affected I am so sorry; I have supplied the missing table in an errata file (v1.3) so it can be printed and added to your books. The errata file can be found on the main D100 Dungeon page, but here it is below for your convenience.
