Today (30th March) all of the data for printing has been sent to the printers, and I am awaiting their approval to go ahead and order printed proofs of the hard back and soft backs. If everything is successful I can expect the proofs to arrive for inspection within 2 weeks after placing an order (under normal world wide circumstances this has often been a week, but due to COVID-19 it is unclear the actual time). I will continue the update as I know more.
