I've got the book on order, so the answer may be obvious if I have the book, but the videos I've been watching show a lot of things like Int +/- CM. Are you supposed to add the CM to intelligence or subtract it? So if your intelligence is 40 and your CM is 20, are you trying to roll below 20 or below 60? Thanks!
