During a turn questions: On page 20 of the main rules it says that if you aren't in combat you equip, unequip items but it doesn't say anything about use of belt items or spells. Two questions: Q1: During a turn (not in combat) can a player use a belt item? Q2: During a turn (not in combat) Can you cast a spell? Not sure why you would but just for clarification? Backpack question: Weapons, Armor and belt items are all limited and the rules say as much. How about the backpack? Are you limited to the slots in your backpack? Thank you! :)
