I have just placed an order with Game Crafter for the Spell Cards and the Mapping Game addon for D100 Dungeon, and they have given me an estimated dispatch date of 28th January, hopefully they will be available to order in February.
Not at the moment, I am always on the lookout for a similar print on demand service that is equal to the game crafter this side of the pond. Nothing so far has come to my attention.

Any chance of the Mapping game being available in UK any time soon?
And is it cheaper than ordering direct fro the States?
